‘Helping children with tumours’
Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC) is a devastating genetic condition affecting thousands in the UK and over a million worldwide. Symptoms include tumours in any organ of the body, epilepsy, learning disability, autism, challenging behaviour and renal problems. Families can feel very traumatised. ‘Lifeline’ support is essential.

The Tuberous Sclerosis Association was formed 30 years ago and is committed to supporting sufferers, promoting awareness and seeking the causes and best possible management of the condition. An enormous amount has been achieved over the years but we need to do much more.
• we have a network of support services aiming to address all areas of need • we have an important research programme into the many aspects of TSC – seeking to alleviate the symptoms, working on better management and possible therapies for the condition and improving quality of life.

To do all this and more we are committed to raising £5 million in the next 5 years. Your support therefore is invaluable and will play an extremely important role in reaching our goal.
